Her inspiration
Carrie's call to this work was kindled while serving as a hospice direct patient and grief support volunteer, and singing at hundreds of bedsides as a member Threshold Choir.
Serving those who are dying, as well as their families and caregivers, instilled a deep reverence for the sacred end-of-life realm. She embodies an unconditional presence to bring grounding, calm, and comfort to those in the midst of their most vulnerable and intense emotions.
