Supportive Offerings

1:1 & Group Sessions Available

End of Life Education, Planning & Counseling, Healthcare/Treatment Advocacy, Grief Support, and Life Coaching.

The Wishing Well Center is a safe, welcoming, personal space where I, Carrie, aspire for you to feel seen, heard, and held while grappling with the deep, often painful or challenging emotions that arise while doing end-of-life or grief work.

We live more genuine, meaningful lives when we openly accept the inevitability of death, and surrender to our most authentic selves. Beginning with the end in mind, Wishing Well Center supports clients to attract and activate what they need from a place of deep awareness and intention.

Grief Work & Support

All therapy is ultimately grief work.

Being alive means experiencing deep loss and intense grief in multiple capacities.

Unfortunately, our western, "doing-focused" culture does not support nor provide space for processing the complex spectrum of emotions we experience while grieving. I hope you can invite me into a space where we address this need.

End of Life & Death Doula

Carrie provides clear, authentic information and education about the physical aspects of End-of-life care, dying, and after-death care options, while providing heart- and soul-centered emotional and spiritual support.

With this support, clients can more clearly embrace or surrender to the inevitable with greater peace and ease.

Healthcare & Treatment Advocacy

For those facing terminal diagnosis or prognosis. For those who find themselves swept away in a clinical treatment autopia track.

For those with little room or space to align treatment options with their beliefs, values, or physical/family needs.

Carrie provides 1:1 or group/family session to navigate the emotional and clinical complexities of treatment and help clients come to clear decisions for their future.

Grief Work Support

Honoring grief and learning to live with it requires presence, attention, expression, space, time, patience, and personalized support tools/outlets. Carrie’s one-on-one and group grief support provides an intentional space for others to be present in their grief, while feeling and processing it in a safe and healing environment. This allows clients to create a more balanced and tender relationship with grief in all of its manifestations. This work helps clients to move forward in life more openly and freely, while understanding that one does not “get through” grief, rather, one learns to live with it. Carrie helps clients to identify personalized tools which allow them to meet their grief whenever it arises.   More

End of Life & Death Doula Support

Carrie works 1:1 and groups to facilitate deep inquiry across five key life domains: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, & Practical. The awareness that arises during the inquiry process allows clients to create actionable plans to live fully and deeply in The Present, while gaining peace of mind knowing the have a Death Doula to advocate for them and their End-of-Life plans are in place.

During the final session, clients are presented with their personal Vision Map, a living document and testament to the process.
